Missing things, camouflage, fragments, vanished things, moving things or gestures form the intersections of the artistic works for the FRAG MENTE exhibition. The common working theme “elusive and fleeting” was the reason for the exchange on topics that are invisible or inaudible as such and were included in the artistic work. In combination with the visible and audible aspects of the resulting artworks, the exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves in the themes, to grasp dialogues and to think them through further. The exhibiting artists, who almost all know each other from their time studying together in Dresden, show works from the disciplines of painting, video, sound, installation, photography, drawing and sculpture.
